Description
The Food Hub is home to the Prairie Five Food Shelf and the Prairie Five Meals central kitchen. The Prairie Five Meals program provides meals to eligible households throughout the counties of Big Stone, Chippewa, Lac qui Parle, Swift and Yellow Medicine. The Prairie Five Food Shelf is open to anyone in need and provides food rescue and fresh food options.
