Prairie Five RIDES offers city bus service in Appleton, Benson, Canby, Dawson, Granite Falls, Madison, Montevideo, and Ortonville. Regional transportation allowing passengers to travel across Minnesota and to eastern North and South Dakota is also offered.

All city buses are equipped with lifts for easy accessibility. Regional transportation may be provided using wheelchair accessible vehicles. Volunteer drivers may provide regional transportation for ambulatory passengers.
